The very fact that Light + Building embraces all technologies, bringing together the sectors of electro-technology, lighting, house and building automation under one roof promotes systems integration in building technology.

At present the main focus is on the business sectors of security and network technology.

o      Home and building automation

House and building automation plays an important role in integrated building design and, therefore, also within Light + Building.

o      Architecture relevant systems

Creating attractive-looking buildings requires the intelligent combination of functionality and aesthetics. This also applies to the integration of architecture relevant systems such as lifts, escalators or roller blinds and sun protection systems. The timely integration of such systems in the total design of a building is of great importance – with respect to efficiency and design.
